Marc Couturier va en Allemagne et relance Hope en Europe

Marc Couturier était arrivé incognito à Berlin où il y avait un grand rassemblement pour une brocante. Des milliers de personnes se promenaient entre les stands quand soudain, la voix de la radio fut remplacée par une voix à l’accent français. Marc Couturier avait prit le contrôle de la sono et s’était mis à parler :
- As Kennedy, Ich bin ein Berliner. My friends, I don’t speak German but I know that you all understand English. I’m Marc Couturier from Hope and I’m among you today to ask you a favor and to give you back your dignity. As you know your government was afraid by terrorists’ attacks and it postponed the creation of two Hopian’s cities on your territory. By doing that, it shows to the world that Germans are coward and selfish. You are a great nation, a strong and respectful opponent for many years to French peoples. Who are you now?
Marc attaqua ensuite la partie la plus provocatrice de son discours.
- You were able to build big camps to kill people. I am sure you’ll be able to do so but to save people. Look forward. Nobody can change the past. What you did is done for ever but we have to learn and if possible to do good things not to look for forgiveness but to look for humanity, warmness, reconciliation. It’s time to turn a page and to do great things. To tell the truth what you did to Jews, I would probably have done the same in the 1940 because who created the concept of race if it is not the Jews? That the only peoples where only a baby born from a Jew female could be Jew! Everyone else is excluded. Who are the racists? You just copied them when you created the concept of Arian’s race but if not because Jews stay apart that gave you the right to kill them and now you have a debt toward mankind. It’s time to pay.
Marc reprit sa respiration et continua son discours.
- How do you want to build Europe if you turn back to your French friends? We are not enemies. We are European and we share many values. Don’t escape your responsibilities. German People , if you show to the world that Hope is a great idea by accepting two cities on your territory, you will participate to change the world. Change to a better world is possible and change needs you. We have to show to our enemies that we are strong and not frightened.
Marc posa un genou au sol.
- French are making the revolution to build a new world which belongs to people and not to companies. Don’t do like in 1790s when you attacked us when we moved from monarchy to a representative democracy. Be with us to move to a participative democracy and inspire the whole world!

Marc s’éclipsa rapidement après s’être assuré que le cameraman avait enregistré toute la scène et quelques minutes plus tard, la vidéo était accessible sur U-Tube. Le soir, elle faisait la une des journaux télévisés et le débat en Allemagne sur la création de deux villes hopiennes était rouvert. L’ego de l’Allemagne avait été touché et en peuple fier, il avait décidé de faire un référendum dès le dimanche suivant pour ne pas laisser le temps aux terroristes de préparer des attaques.

Le 20 mai 2026, 51% des allemands décidèrent d’accepter la création de deux villes sur leur territoire. L’Angleterre et l’Italie revirent leur position le 15 juin 2026 et approuvèrent eux aussi la création de deux villes hopiennes sur leur territoire. A un mois du scrutin, la dynamique du « oui » à l’élargissement avait repris une force considérable. L’espoir avait changé de camp, avec certains financiers hostiles à la nouvelle organisation du monde qui commençaient déjà à étudier le système de Hope, pour voir comment en tirer bénéfice. Il y avait forcément un moyen de contourner le système pour tirer son épingle du jeu !
